• If we change your password you will be prompted to choose a new password when you next log on.
• It’s also important for you to change your CCFS Online password from time to time for safety reasons.
• When calling CCFS, you will need to be verified as an authorised account user. Several key questions will be asked to identify you.
Important Note: Your CCFS internet banking password will be deactivated if you enter the incorrect password more than three times. This is a security measure to protect against the misuse of your account.
