The first thing to do if you suspect your card has been lost or stolen is to act quickly.
In cases where you suspect your card has been lost or stolen, we are able to suspend your card and if needed, reinstate it once found.
In situations where you know for sure that the card has been lost or stolen, we can cancel the card and issue a replacement card. Any value still on the card will transfer across automatically.
To suspend or cancel a card, call CCFS on 1300 MY CCFS (1300 69 22 37) during business hours, or log in to your card portal (found on the CCFS website) and manage the card yourself. This is the best option outside business hours.
