Office Closure:
The CCFS office will be closed Wednesday 21st & Thursday 22nd May, our staff will be attending CCVT Summit. Even though our office is closed our email address info@ccfsaustralia.org.au will be monitored throughout this period, if you need to send anything through that is important.
Payment Processing:
During this time, CCFS Online will be available for electronic payments. No CCFS staff will be available to attend to account transfer requests on those days.
Lost/Stolen cards:
If you have a lost or stolen Visa card during this time and need to suspend or cancel it, please log into your Visa Card portal. A link is located on our website at the top right of the screen, and once logged in you can suspend your card.
Assistance:
For emergency assistance during our office closure please call 1300 MYCCFS (1300 69 22 37) and we will respond as soon as possible.
